What ApplyFast does

You give ApplyFast your CV and a job link. It reads the posting and generates a CV and cover letter tailored to that role. You review, edit and download them. The output is a draft written by an AI model, and you are responsible for what you send to an employer.

Your account

You need an account to generate applications. Keep your login details to yourself and give accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old. One person, one account.

Credits and payment

• Credits are bought in packs. One credit generates one tailored CV and cover letter for one job.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and your receipt comes from them.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If that ever fails to happen, email me and I will fix it manually.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Refunds

If ApplyFast does not work for you, email eshaankansal0@gmail.com and ask for a refund on unused credits. There is no form to fill in and no justification required.

Because Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, their refund terms also apply to your transaction and your receipt comes from them.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Because credits are usable immediately, spending them means that right no longer applies to the credits you have used. Unused credits stay refundable within that window.

What you may not do

• Upload a CV that is not yours, or anyone else's personal data without their permission.
• Use the service to create deliberately false claims about qualifications or experience.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute the service, or automate access to it.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits or payment.

Accounts doing any of the above can be suspended. Where the reason is not fraud, unused credits are refunded.

Who owns what

Your CV stays yours. The CVs and cover letters ApplyFast generates for you are yours to use however you want, including commercially, with no attribution. The site, its code and its branding remain mine.

What is not promised

ApplyFast does not promise you a job, an interview, or a reply. It generates application documents; it does not influence hiring decisions. AI models make mistakes, so read everything before you send it. The service is provided as-is, and may occasionally be unavailable.

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Ending it

Close your account whenever you like by emailing eshaankansal0@gmail.com. Unused credits are refunded on request. ApplyFast can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law and changes

ApplyFast is operated from India and these terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in India having jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence still apply to you and nothing here removes them. If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and you will be told by email. Questions go to eshaankansal0@gmail.com.
